Centipedes do eat smaller spiders, but that's not the reason I said I don't want them near me... It's actually because I'm really afraid of centipedes, I developed a fear of them after being bitten by a few of them once, what caused a 9 day hospitalization when I was 10 years old
The ones that bit me were just like this one in the photo
Edit: fixed the numbers, wouldn't even see the error if not for ReKoil pointing it out, sorry!!!
