I just have 'lazy cooking' day, usually on Saturday, but I sometimes move it forward if I got a really long workday and swap it around.
Basically anything that requires little effort on my end, such as pizzas, microwave meals, air fryer stuff etc. etc.
I pretty much just focus on food I bought that perishes fast first, letting the expiration date take priority.
I don't really have a fixed food I always eat every week or on a certain day.

My daily planning :
- Morning : Oran Berry juice and Sweet Hearts
- Noon : Sweet Hearts and Oran Berry juice
- Evening : Oran Berry juice and Sweet Hearts!
I do like to try out new food every now and then. But at the same time I also don't like to spend a lot of money on it. So, restaurants are usually off-limits for me. ^^"
There's a dish I've been wanting to try for a while now at the local Chinese restaurant. It's a got a fish I'm completely unfamiliar with (zeeduivel in dutch, idk what it's called in english).
It's a bit on the pricier end of what they have though so I keep backing out of trying it just in case I don't like it.
Dunno if it was EU wide, but there was a sugar tax introduced here not too long ago. Don't remember when exactly.
Which also raised prices of anything that contains sugar, including chocolate.
