This reminds me of how in the past some games had ice puzzles where you would slide across a room until you hit a wall. Environmental puzzles kinda fell out of favor at some point. And I think that's very sad. One of the many cool things we lost, probably in part caused by the move to 3D. Like, a lot of cool and interesting things seem so much harder to do when you have another dimension to take into account.
This reminds me of how in the past some games had ice puzzles where you would slide across a room until you hit a wall. Environmental puzzles kinda fell out of favor at some point. I wanted to make ice puzzles in my fangame, but it's AWFUL to make, because you don't want the player to end up in a dead end, so you must test all paths, so you end up coding graph theory algorithms to test them... :(

My favorite ice related puzzle would be the step once on every ice tile thing in Sootopolis' gym.... which isn't even an ice type gym.

I think the silliest trivia I still have when it comes to ice puzzles in Pokemon games is about that puzzle in Ice Path where you have to shove those four boulders through a hole to be able to get through. You actually only need to push three of them and then jump through a specific hole. At least in the original GSC games you could. They might have fixed that in the remakes. (It did make me feel smart when I figured it out at the time ^^)

Degrees of Seperation was a nice puzzle game involving ice puzzles. You had to control 2 different characters which split the screen into a frozen half and a perpetual summer half.
Though there was ice involved I'm not sure if it counts as an ice puzzle as often the solution to the puzzles involved juggling between the 2 characters,

Now that I think about it, I've never played a game other than Pokémon that had ice puzzles?
I do remember having to push three boulders in the Victory Road in RBY, I didn't think this was specifically difficult 🤔
