Depends on the filling, but it has a... sort of cheesecake-ish/yogurt-y texture. I prefer sweet flan. n_n

There are two different kinds of flan but that's the kind I was talking about (mostly).

Flan makes me think of Mexico. XD; And Courage the Cowardly Dog. And Final Fantasy.
