It's called amazing team chemistry, developing your own talent and hoping it all blossoms into a championship for you before you have to raise their contracts, and having underrated coaching staffs. It's what lower budget teams do all the time here in the US in our major sports leagues, though it doesn't work so well for some teams while it works fantastically for others.
