No, it's the good ending since you pretty much get everything the Higher Staff can get and being promoted to admin is virtually impossible XD Being an admin is the secret ending.

I came to ask a question how do you put movies on a sd card and see them on a dsi.

I don't think sd cards can play video on a DSi. Well, normally at least. You'll probably have to settle with a flashcart, but I'm not helping you there.
