FFX-2 is awesome. I'm just sad that...wait, I'm not going to spoil anything. >:[

Ah, the prices of games these days are cheap. At least that's good news for me, I don't have much.

I could never self-teach myself japanese for my life. Well, maybe, but it's going to be very...VERY hard.
You know what makes me cry, though? I saw this when my stepbrother played it a bit, and I was like OMG NO @_@ And this was before I had actually played FFX! My opinions still haven't changed about it. :x

Spoiler:

I can't wait to play with the dresspheres, though. Dress-up *_* ...what? XD
Maybe i should start a topic on this: Do you like teaching yourself?

I know I wouldn't. No motivation that way. I'm lazy enough as it is. Not to mention you could be doing things wrong and no one would be there to correct you.

Reading an article, some schools in NJ, NY, etc., are letting students download podcasts and audiobooks with their teachers permission to bring their iPods into classes, as a way of learning off of the the subject that they downloaded. Interesting?

I think so. I'd rather have e-books, though. I prefer to read, not to listen. It's lighten up our backpacks, too, that's for sure. And maybe I wouldn't have to pay $100 a textbook in college. Seriously, the prices are crazy. My roommate nearly spent $500 on books this semester. >_>;;

Call this freaky if you want, but if I have a test, I download a podcast if I can, on what's on the test, upload it onto my Ipod Shuffle, and get my parents to put it on for me when I fall asleep, I remember so much from being asleep and listening to the earphones, it's amazing.

Now, serious issue... Have you guys ever seen someone being bullied and what did you do about it?

What's a podcast? xD

I have seen someone being bullied. I'd either tell the bully to stop if I think I can take them myself, or learn what happened first in case the bully is actually someone standing up for themselves.

A podcast is sorta like, a radio show for your ipod.

I've never seen anyone get bullied before o.o I've grown up in private school all my life, so bullying is never condoned. Never been bullied myself either. I'm not that type >:

I was actually being bullied in 5th grade. Funny enough, I finally stood up to her and sent her a rather rude e-mail (which was obviously not the right thing to do), but after that, she backed off. And two years later, we kind of became friends. Weird, huh? ^^

What if I recorded myself onto an iPod/mp3 if possible, then listened to that at night? I'd read pages into the microphone. Can iPod's record? My sister has one, so I'm not sure.

No, iPods can't record. >_< It sucks cause that's what I liked about my old mp3 player. xD

A podcast, if you haven't been told by a member already, was targeted for the iPod (haveing the word pod in it), and usually its targeting its ideas, news, and reviews on stuff. Some college campuses, network channels, and even regular people, like you and me, can make their own podcasts, and put them on the apple store. They are all free.

Yes, i have been bullied. But i'm like, whatever, dude.

i've been bullied as well....Dx, but that was a long time ago, But Yeah Now im like you xD WHATEVER DUDE! xP lol, i've always wondered / wandered (<--- Plz correct me...i need to know which one it is...lol :P) why they were called podcasts, well now i know, :)

At school, we might have a project to make our own podcasts in groups...
Something on multi-media and it's effects on the growing oratory and rhetoric of America.

Aka, how technology changes speaking.

Technology is inspirational. Its going to keep advancing, to we'll be able to live our own life off of it. Thats the way i see it.

I doubt our world will be like any anime we watch even. I mean look at the way our world is now? It's not like you're in an anime world and it would be cool if we were but that would never happen either.

Terminator scared me when I was little because I always thought it would happen. x_x;;
I can't see it happen - definitely not in the near future, because we're not that advanced. It's funny to think about it, though. ^^

I never paid much attention to them. I think I was too young to remember watching it.

Haha, I've only seen it when I was 5 or so. I'm far too young to have seen it when it first came out ^^ And only clips of it, just when Terminator when crazy and stuff. :P

Concerning the subject of the Terminator franchise, I only saw the first movie once, and I didn't care too much for it. The second film, however, ranks among my all-time favourites. I've never seen the third, nor do I want to.
