PURPLE 114

lol gag back from teh dead >:D

steel-toed boots both hurt and save, at least to me they did, they saved me from getting my foot crushed by a horse and they hurt me when my cousin got mad and she was wearin a pair at the time.

Steel-toed boots always seemed like they'd be heavy on your feet. They don't seem very comfortable either...

I prefer slippers when it comes to a shoe. Just slide them on and go~

My dad used to have to wear steel-toed shoes for work. He didn't like them because they WERE heavier than a normal shoe. :C

It is pretty much the same. The only difference between it and public school is that you wear uniforms in high school, and you have to take Religion class, which SUCKS. ._.;;
Can I? ROFL!
Almost every school in this country requires that its students wear uniform; and religious education, as it's called here, is generally something students are not given choice about.

If an American friend of mine's school is anything to go by, yer American schools are so much better...

People who wear uniforms seriously take them for granted sometimes. I looooved uniforms. Sure, they may not have looked hip and cool, but at least I never, ever had to think about what I was going to wear in the morning. On the contrary, I hated weekends or Civies days because I had to put thought and effort into my mornings. XD;

I agree! It's so much easier in the mornings to just know what you definitely have to wear. It makes it run so much smoother, except that I tend to forget on Mufti-days that we don't have to wear uniform.... and turn up to school wearing it. ._.

I wouldn't mind having to wear a uniform. Having to think about what I'm going to wear and stuff every morning is just too much of a hassle. I'm always running around everywhere looking for stuff. :/

As for steel-toed boots.. well, I've had several pairs for working around the farm. I dislike them, but they've saved my feet from being crushed more than once. \o/

I would love to wear a uniform to school, but only if they were like the ones in japan.

I've worn school uniforms before, but they were weird looking and kinda sucked..

I could not live without uniforms. I absolutely love them. You don't have to pick out anything in the morning! Everyone dresses the same at school, so it's not a contest of who can look the sexiest either.

I'm not sure if I'd like Japanese schoolgirl seifukus...they look good in anime, but in real life they really aren't that interesting.
Gakurans on the other hand I wouldn't mind wearing. They look so refined.~

Spoiler:

I would so not mind wearing the uniform on the right~ *-* The one on the left is all black and gross; ew.
I don't think that many schools in Japan have seifukus anyway. They weren't really introduced until the 1920's o3o. In my opinion, you just have to be the right build to look good in them.

Lol, It's 6AM here and I'm about to leave for the school bus~
Go to bed >:C

.....

You have to leave 6 am for the school bus. That is sick. I don't wake up until about 7am, and we live in the same time zone =/

This is another reason i proove that school is cruel.

Dude, I imagine having to wear a uniform everyday to school would suck..horribly..I mean yeah, it makes having to pick out what to wear each day so much easier, and kinda takes off the stress of being judged by what you wear, but people alter their clothing based on who they are..you can't really "express" yourself through clothing when you're forced to wear..the same thing as everyone else.

Plus some of those suits they're forced to wear look mad uncomfortable ._.

It does suck. Plus, the stuff we're supposed to wear is cheaply made, so a lot of it falls apart after a couple of months or so. Sucks big time.

I have to wear a uniform. It's not really bad.

On another note I don't have to go to school all this week because I've been sick:p I'm happy now
