Jack, Lily, I think I'm going to make a Madoka club in Other Clubs if neither of you mind. I need a place to spam the good fanart I find and the DCC isn't it :p
 
I had a Studio Shaft fanclub but it looks like it died. I would certainly join a Madoka FC as i'm sure a fair number of other people would.

Well I've never heard of Madoka, nor have I seen it, so I probably wouldn't join it unless I had seen it. :) I've had a few clubs in my time. Currently, I'm in charge of the Portal Fanclub, but I am a part of many clubs. I did own the Winter Lovers and Pasta fanclub as well, which both died out.

Speaking of which, I'm making pasta right now. :3

I'm kind of a shameless Shaft fanboy (my anime-planet handle is a Natsu no Arashi! reference, it doesn't get much more obscure and Shaft-y than that) and could probably singlehandedly keep a Shaft club alive if there was someone else to discuss things with.

I'll take my time and craft a halfway-good OP for the Madoka club and post the link in here when I finally get around to making it :p

I have no choice but to be lower boards > upper boards as well just because I'm so utterly out of the loop on Pokemon and have nothing to contribute outside of nostalgia-fueled rants and bumming Elesa fanart off of people. I used to be able to post on pretty much every board here T_T

I thought it could be interesting. Coffin, like Mandibuzz have the bulk to pull off at least one Nasty Plot without being OHKO'd, and unlike the vulture, Cofagrigus has more Special Attack, which could give it the upper advantage. I even had a name thought out for if I did make it, along with a RMT.

Only bad shinbo @Shaft anime so far has been the current season of Maria Holic. I must admit i haven't seen Vampire bund and a couple of others but I'm very much in the same ballpark as you, Shaft rock.

I'm only using anime-planet because MAL was so slow for so long, but I might switch back now that it looks like they've upgraded their servers.

I'm pretty disappointed with Maria Holic Alive too. I've only seen the first two or three episodes, but the dorm keeper has too much screentime, the bits are getting gimmicky and nonsensical, and it all just feels phoned in in general. There are a few I haven't seen myself (second half of Vampire Bund, probably some earlier ones) but they're the only studio that can make me watch something just because of their involvement.

Even when I was an S-Mod, I never patrolled Rom Hacking because it was so utterly foreign to me. S&M as well, but mostly because I had my head bitten off when I was a newbie for making a thread bragging about how I mained a Dunsparce in Pokemon Colosseum and still beat the game. The conversations of competitive battlers are inscrutable to me...hell, I think I only learned what STAB stood for a couple of years ago.
 
MAL has been a lot better in the past month or so, mine is here if you fancy taking a look.

Still to watch ef - a tale of melodies, Vampire Bund, Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru, Negima and the second season of Natsu actually. I have most oif that on my HD ready to go though.

It doesn't load anything. XD; It's just the filler 'mon until you put one in, which means that the reason it was used so much was that people just used not-full teams while they were battling. :(

There are a lot of sections that I just flat-out avoid because I'm uncomfortable going there. Most of those though are like the Japanese Entertainment and related because that sort of stuff is just absolutely foreign to me. And when people start talking video games I just have absolutely no idea. ;o;

I feel like I'm a backwards case, though - I started my time at PC with ROM Hacking because that's why I joined, and then S&M got my attention while I was on staff a long time ago and then I just ended up deciding that I liked it a lot more. :<
