I suppose PM's are just longer versions of a VM.

Though VM's are easier in a way. I haven't PM'd someone for a while, nor do I get PM anymore.

Lately I've been lazy with VM's though, lol. D:s
 
I use a combination of both, depending on the length and nature of the message. VM's are a good substitute for chat and help organize wi-fi trades. However, I still get some arranged through PM as well.

If my conversation with someone should be best kept private, we'll use PMs. Apart from that, I've been relying on VMs for all my social needs.

I was gonna ask how that worked until it clicked in my head. XD;

VMs are amazing. I swear I wouldn't talk to a lot of people if they weren't there. :[

Yeah. I sometimes stop and ask myself how I managed to stay on forums without the 3.7 upgrade. Everything before that seems so primitive to me.

Yup. I don't even bother with MSN unless I talk to them a lot. XD;

I can't imagine PC without the VM system really. It's always been there for me. o3o
 
You two haven't been here long enough. D:

PC was better before VMing, imo. Before all the extra functions, PC seemed more like a community to me.

Wait. What? You're putting down a system that made social interaction easier because it stopped PC being a community?

Logic. Where is it?

Maybe because PC was smaller back then?

But you can't really dwell with the past, it's gone now, even though it might have been better back then, you can't really bring it back. You can deal with the present and try to change it, but eh, who has the effort for that? :x
 
Well I wish I had joined here more soon, and my 1 year anniversary is just around the corner:D!
 
When I joined, Ryoutarou was still a SA XD I still consider myself a recent member, despite... yeah XD

But, as some people say, "The past was always better". Yet I undoubtely prefer the present, even if I miss some things from the old days.
