I don't really care if someone says anything offensive to me, or about me. Anything negative that someone says to me is blocked off by my invisible anti-negative force field.

They have every right to watch it. And I have every right to think that it "jumped the shark" in 2007. The only episodes I consider worth watching are the ones from around the time of Futurama's heyday (1999-2002).

Personally, I could laugh at anything if I wanted to. But I don't because I don't want to be persecuted by groups that may or may not know I am capable of laughing at jokes that victimize them.

Though one of my favorite jokes is this:

What do you call a black person flying a plane? A pilot, you racist.

An American pilot and two Korean pilots are on a plane. The American goes to get beers and leave his slippers there. The Koreans each spit in his slippers. The American comes back and gives the other pilots the beer. They start drinking as he sits down. When he puts his feet in the slippers he's like, "Oh, come on, guys. Can't we stop spitting in each other's shoes and peeing in each other's beers?"

I actually enjoyed that book when I read it my sophomore year... except for having to do writing assignments on it.
 
I think I get to read Animal Farm next year in AP English...not sure.
I think my sister read it that year.
