Dare I ask why? I only know of a few schools that have to go to school during the weekend and they're all religious.

I'm lucky I don't have to go to school today because I'm in uni and this quarter (and next quarter) I don't have Friday classes. :3

And Franceschi, I think also I know some countries that does school on weekends. :O

Not surprising since we apparently invented the weekend. I know a school that teaches on Saturdays, but of course it's privately owned.

I once had a final on Saturday. The professor didn't want to be there any more than we did and I believe she shortened the final and made it easier as a result.

Can't really complain about that :P

Some of the private schools do (unbelieable, ino). But they're the really posh ones and that.

I'm sure they know, it's just a little train of thought that leads to the things said:
Off on one Saturday > omg school on Saturdays > imagine if we had to do that all the time > I'm glad I dont have to do that

My bad. Yeah, like Cassino, that was my train of thought. I thought you meant your school does Saturdays. D: Also, I didn't know it was due to bad weather. ._.

Urgh, I too took a Saturday final. Luckily though my professor made it as long as you would take a midterm and not like my other professors that made the tests longer so that we can use up the whole three hours (the maximum time limit for finals at my school). >.> Also, on that day right after the final I went to the lake with my family (which is like a half hour drive from my uni). :3

On wow. o_o I just realized I had a dream I was in Japan again. And like I found a new guy but then my ex boyfriend was being so mean to me and like...like...argh.
