._. I was actually a certified lifeguard but my certificate expired.. I think it expires every 2 years or something.. ._. Oh well.

I was going to take a web design class, but my brother told me that it was extremely boring. Plus it was only worth half a credit and I couldn't find any other half credits that seemed good. I took Percussion instead. Gonna kick some ass on that snare!

I love the preliminary aspect of web design and development. I love sketching out layouts, content maps, and working out details on paper.

But then when I actually sit down at my computer, I can't get to work on anything. I'll either only want to work on content or else I keep going back to the drawing board over and over with a layout.

Same thing with PC themes. D: I've got, no joke, like 30 filed away somewhere that will never see the light of forums because I scrapped the ideas or don't feel like working on them.

Hmm, as a Computer Science Major, methinks I should be able to figure out how to make a website. But I haven't really done anything of the like for awhile, xD.

What I tried to teach myself were some languages. Russian and Japanese, to be exact. And while I've now learned both alphabets, I'm still hardly fluent. =P

EDIT: Now I have the palindrome postcount and age. :D

I'll work on something for a while. Lots of planning and sketching and Photoshopping. Then I'll get through a lot of coding. Things are look good and then I go "I've been spending a lot of time on this. I should take a break."

And that break never ends XD

I love palindrome postcounts. :D

I decided the other day that I'm going to teach myself Esperanto sometime soon. It seems really interesting. I think I heard about it from Saryka a while ago and forgot about it but while browsing Wiki this week I found it again. XD;

I used to love coding websites the most but now I prefer designing. I just get lazy when it comes to the actual Photoshop part--my designs look better on paper rofl.

What is Esperanto??? A language?

Esperanto to me = a great little restaurant downtown where I live XD

But I think it's some sort of crazy international language or something...

It's the most widespread human-engineered language in the world. For a while it was taught in schools because people thought it would become the next universal language, surpassing English. It's apparently made to be easy to learn and pick up and it just seems so interesting. I really want to look into it.

Well, I think it was supposed to be phased in as the international language of choice. I know a few schools in England taught it as a second language, and some Asian countries too, I think?

ohay I see Jack in the active users. I bet he's about to explain it all with wiki quotes any minute now.
