I should see if I can get Windows 7 Ultimate at that price. 7 Pro is nice and all, but I want Ultimate just for the sake of having it.

Yeah, I didn't see anything about Ultimate, but Pro is definitely nicer than XP that I'm running currently. (I'm a mac user, and only used windows for gaming, but now I need it for school due to autocad)

I'm in a pickle since my Wi-Fi connector only runs on XP, but I have 7, so I need another Laptop that runs with XP if I'm to use it. :/

Scholastic software prices are a huge pain. It's gotten to the point where it's even worse than the required textbooks.

Wait... DS WiFi connector, Will?
Yes, that big fat white thing.

Yeah, DS connector? You don't have like a base wireless router?
Nope. I have Wi-Fi but it doesn't connect, so whatever.

I'll bring it back, I just need to get my battle rep up and start a petition:) I would hate to have a time limit for the internet, and ya windows 7 is pretty sweet thats whats on mine. I really want to get one of those touch screen monitors for windows 7!!!

Huh... well, you could get a techie friend to make it so XP runs in a virtual machine inside of your Windows 7 PC. But that's moderately complicated. Does Nintendo even make those things any more?

As for me, we changed ours to WEP with MAC Address Filtering when I wanted to get online. (b'-')b

I have to do that same thing everytime I want to go online with my ds. It's change to WEP, restart router, wait, go online, finish, change back to WPA2, restart router, go online. XD

Well, we're confident enough that we won't have leeches where we are, so we were able to switch full time.

Ah. The one time I tried to use the big fat wifi thing it wouldn't pick up my internet, so i sent it back and bought an airport.
As in the place where they store and fly planes? :D That would've been expensive.

I'm sure I won't either, I'd just rather err on the side of caution in cause that one time someone does decide to use it for something super illegal (more so than what I already do).

Hehe, I wish. No as in the wireless router sold by Apple.

Most of our neighbors already have their own wireless networks, or are too technologically impaired to leech anyways. Plus, our router stops at about the end of our yard, which we can see quite easily from our main areas.

My modem used to work, but I had to change my DSi settings and I really don't want to go through those procedures again for Netgear so I can obtain my WEP key…again.
