Yeah, when I think of the suite life, I think of Friends (Ross' son is either of the twins) and as well as a much more darker movie called 'The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things'... And when I mean dark, I mean really dark... Though the main character is shown at two different ages, so it is three different actors I imagine.

I've read the book! Its got drugs, rape, abuse etc.

How old is this person? (the twins)

Deducing with IMDB, the twins would have been 12 years old when this was filmed, filmed around 2004 (they are the older version of the main character), and they are nearly 18 years old now.

Ben 10 is about a 10 year old kid who isn't that special (for lack of better words in a self insert cliche XD), anyway, he gets to go camping with his grandpa during the summer, which also happens to be, unfortunately with his dorky (mentioned quite a few times towards each other) cousin. What was thought to be a normal summer vacation in a camper, traveling all over the states, goes array when an object falls from space. As Ben goes to investigate it, the thing opens to reveal a sort of watch, that jumps on him and clamps permanently to his wrist, unable to take it off, he figures it out (sort of) and finds out that he can become 1 of 10 aliens for 10 minutes (hence the overuse of 10 XD). Needless to say, many battles ensue.
 
That sounds really...dumb. Reminds me of another show I watched when I was younger...I think it was called...Pokemon? Ya, thats the name.

Hmmm plotline sounds kinda basic....

Is that worth being on 1/3 of all kids' lunchboxes?

Back in my day (XD!) we had much more interesting shows. We had rugrats, chucklevision (its a british thing), thunderbirds, capt. pugwash (lots of innuendo in that show btw) to name but a few.

Incidently, everyone should read the heart is deceitful above all things. Its very good...
 
I liked the show XD

Not really sure why - maybe the hero aspect? And plus it was a bit more original than some others. Plus he is somewhat forced to play the hero and at the same time is a kid, so that comes into conflict a lot. It's not until the Ben 10 alien force however, that a good character actually dies.

Chucklevision is awesome!
I watched it round my nans and it still made me laugh at the many things that are obvious to happen [it's a british thing]
I REMEMBER THUNDERBIRDS, they should bring that back for all the oldies that miss it..
 
I've seen bits and pieces of Ben 10, courtesy of my brother and the fact that it comes on during the same block as Pokemon (he watches it, not me unless I'm forced to). It's not really my cup of tea.

I had like, the smallest monthly DCC ever. :3

June DCC 2007 = 300-ish posts. And it was the second last monthly DCC too!
