It's funny...

When Leaf Green was released I was there on release day to pick it up. Same with Pearl and Platinum.

Not so with HG/SS, because, frankly, I'm not excited about them. I'm chalking that up to the numerous problems with the games that I have noted on my blog on numerous instances. Chief among them are the lack of Leaf in the game along with several ugly Pokemon sprites, including one that will see heavy use in May, when I actually get to play the game.

Ampharos' nose it too pointy ): And Typhlosion's arms are to skinny and Totodile's eyes are too big >:< Oh well, the trainer and gym leader sprites are nicely done n3n

Why am I the only one going gaga over it? :s I started with Crystal so this is like huuuuge to me <333 I love the johto region!

Gold was the best experience for me so I'm quite excited. :) I played about 20 minutes while waiting for my friend to get his hair cut and now I'm home and the pie I just bought is in the fridge so eeeeeeeee *pulls out DS again to start*

What starter did you choose? <3 I went with Totodile 'cause it's the one I started with in 2000. :D
