I don't need to see a Pokémon in action to like it either--I liked Pichu the moment I saw it and it had only just been announced in Japan. It remained my top-favourite from roughly 2000 to 2007. XD;

But I usually only get really attached to a Pokémon once I get a chance to use it. n_n

They're both adorable. They used to be my favorite Grass-type family before I rediscovered my love for Victreebel, Exeggutor and Cradily.
