And, yes, I do base a snack's worth on whether I can eat a whole container of it or not in one go.
......I kind of do this too. :( It's so bad but sometimes you just can't help iiiiit.
 
Or when you drink too much you have too much time on your hands. Not that I do much, I'm near the PC most of the day despite my eyesight problems.
I'm near the PC too but, I go to the gym at 6 am, 1 pm, and sometimes 8 pm for training and working out :3

Everything should be taken in moderation.

And snacks are good depending if they're healthy.. carrots and stuff. Whole wheat crackers. :/ You can eat a bag of brownies and work it all off but it's still not good for you cause there's no nutrition in it.
 
I'm the person that at least tries to stay remotely healthy but then does something unhealthy afterwards. I do care about my health...I'm just not putting in the effort actually needed to make a noticeable change in my body. I should start exercising more because I'm really tired of how I look.
You could have easily summed it up by:
I want more male attention toward me.


And isn't eating supposed to be healthy in teen years? I don't eat too much though, I'm not hungry over half the time.
 
Don't cut down on how much you eat D:
You could eat just as much, but just substitute it with healthy foods. If you cut down on how much you eat, your bodys going to eat away at your muscle.
 
Cutting down food actually slows your metabolism :/ Dude, consult your doctor if you wanna lose weight. I'm serious. Don't listen to people here. Listen to your doctor.
I second this.

I tried losing wait by cutting down on how much food I ate for a boxing competition and it went horribly. D: But I learned from my trainer on what to eat and got even stronger and skinnier. :3
 
My legs are pretty strong. I kick guys at school for being perverts. I still remember one time I was asked "Hey.. wanna do it at my house at 8 PM?" ... .... ... I threw a chair at him and then got suspended because he got his head injured. After kicking his body lying on the floor. "Don't. *kick* You. *kick* Ever. *kick* Try. *kick* That. *kick* Again."

Am I too violent?
 
A good way to keep your weight and burn off extra calories while you're diet is in transition is to fidget while at the computer. That's what I almost subconsciously do while at the computer.

It may annoy people, but I think it's why I haven't gained more weight than I have this past year (I weigh about 20 pounds more than I did at my graduation, but I've been that weight since about January).

That's a little excessive, Kanade Tenshi. D;
