Yeah, I think the simplicity is nice. Kanto Pokemon (and to an extent, Johto) were really simple, names and design-wise, rather than the elaborate, more fantastical designs we've been seeing in recent gens.

ETA: CUDDLY TOYS? :DD Oh my gosh, I have to get a new camera soon so I can photograph my collection of Pokemon plushies and show the internet. XD;;

Exactly. Johto was pretty good still, and at least... 50% of hoenn was good, but it would be a stretch to say even 10% of 4th gen pokemon are actually decent, and don't get me started on 5th gen. (Talking about the pokemon themselves btw.)

I thought most of the 3rd and 4th generation pokemon were pretty cool. Kanto and Johto had dull designs, save SUNKERN.

I'd rather have bidoof over rattata, because it just has personality.

I just got back from a bike ride in the middle of a hail/lightning storm. It was pretty fun. :P

Some of the hail was the size of ping pong balls.

I used to do that in the old one, but only when the thread died and needed reviving.
 
Well, that's why I did it lol. There was quite a bit of time between the last post and mine (other than the one luck posted at the same time as me) and then it took another 30 minutes after that for another post.

The new recruit needs to learn his lesson now before he screws up a second time and gets punished more severely for it. If he needs to be scared into compliance, then so be it.

I remember when I got scared into going by the rules over here by Chibi-Chan XD

Everyone needs to go thru that phase.
