Being Cuban and all, I happen to love coffee. I've been drinking it since I was 7-8 (in small amounts with my milk) so I'm used to it. Of course I don't drink it every day, and almost never pure; usually it's at least 60% milk. But yes, I love coffee in almost all its forms: cold, hot, with milk, with cream, with sugar or with maple syrup or with honey, but not black and sugarless. XD

Also Zamius you don't count; you're an embarrasment to Canadians everywhere, eh, what with not drinking Tim Horton's coffee and all that jazz. >:3

P.S. Don't worry peeps, Zam and I are friends; I can never insult him, though that doesn't mean I'll stop trying. ;D

c'mon guys, you're all being duped by coffee industry. caffeine doesn't do anything but they want you to think it does so you buy a worthless plant...realiiiize. and magnets, how do they work??

Nice troll. I saw right through it. Caffeine seriously works, since it widens your blood vessels and ups your heart rate. (b'-')b

Caffeine has different effects on different people. Pregnant women and small children are advised to not have it because little kids bodies are too small, and caffeine can have effects on an unborn fetus. If you drink caffinated drinks regularly, you build up a tolerance to it. (remember it is technically a stimulant) I drink coffee usually once or twice every other day or so. Never bothers me. :D

Stimulants still up your heart rate no matter what, though, so you want to avoid it on days you plan on doing intense exercise. You don't need your heart rate any higher than it would get to begin with.

Coffee is susposed to stunt ure growth if you drink it at to young of age.I used to drink it when i was in 9th and 10th grade but then i just got sick of making a pot every morning along with all the other crap before school.

Sarcasm? Please, tell me it was. If not, lol.

Of course it's the restaurants in your area. You live in Missouri.

You would still have to be smart, but that's because the bread has a ton of carbs.

And you speak lies about cucumbers on sandwiches. You probably have a disposition toward cucumbers to begin with.
Yes, we all know how Missouri isn't the most popular place, but it isn't bad :(
I definitely wouldn't mind moving though.

I don't mind cucumbers at all when I eat them raw, but they do no justice for sandwiches. I'd rather have pickles on my sandwich, and I really don't like pickles as they seem to interfere with the savory taste of the meat.

Stunt growth? O_o My brother and I grew up just fine drinking coffee with our milk every breakfast. I think it's more like in excess it's bad for you, but then again, anything is. As long as you drink it in moderation (and as per your age; i.e. if my 8 y.o. self drank the amount of coffee I drink now that I'm 22 y.o. I can see that being a problem, but this wasn't the case) it's fine, in my opinion.

True,Well i gotta be up at 6am and it is almost 12am now so ima go to bed.Gotta be at school by 7:30 and takes me 30 minutes for shower every morning and then for my hair and crap.Sound like a girl i know im just like that lol

Yes but not if you drink it all the time and your body builds up tolerance to it. My dad can drink several cups at night and still go to sleep at 11 when he always does. Plus the amount of caffeine in coffee wont do anything to you really, the average amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee is around 10 mg. Now Red Bull (80 mg) and NOS (260 mg) on the other hand, that is what you should watch out for. The only reason they have those warning labels on the drinks is for people sensitive to caffeine. One cup of coffee wont raise your heart rate to a significant level to be a problem.

obviously, anyone who quotes the insane clown posse is either sarcastic or insane, though you could say i was insane for trying to convey sarcasm over a forum.

anways, the reason i said that was one of my friends who is a sports science major says drinks like gatorade and energy drinks are just bottles of sugar and all you get is a short sugar high.

Energy drinks yes, but Gatorade has electrolytes, Carbs and other things in it that are supposed to help your body rehydrate after intense workouts.

Yeah Gatorade kinda...sucks, for lack of a better word.

Also, I only have 85 more posts until 5k!

I agree with Zet, gatoraide makes you thirstier.
I drink vitamin water, which tastes awsome.
