[Challenge] The Date of Birth Challenge

Name: Spartacus
Game: Emerald
Pokemon Team: Flygon, Shiftry, Weezing, Walrein, Dusclops, Route 112
 
Because the first three are directly calculable, I wrote a small program to look for cases where you'd get three of the same Pokemon. Some of the more interesting ones I found:

If you're born on January 3rd, 2005 and are playing RSE or ORAS, you're required to use three Swamperts.

If you were born on October 20th, 2010 and playing Gen II games, you have to use three Cleffa. I'm so sorry.

June 24th, 1966 gets you three Happiny if you're playing DPPt.

Picked snivy so as to get panpour at striaton city. Went to route 1 and caught a patrat then went to the next town and boxed snivy. Battled and beat N with patrat (3v1 lol) continued on to striaton city and caught pidove along the way. Went threw the dream yard and lost to the second trainer there and came back with potions and beat her. Received panpour from trainer and then went back to striaton and beat chili with panpour. Saved the game and crashed.

This is confusing me

I'm just a huge dunce when it comes to reading rules, so all of this is confusing me too much. I'd love to do the challenge, so please help me understand

So I have somehow managed to beat the elite four in one go only 3 srs and that was the psychic e4. And now I am grinding for N fight. I need my last pokemon and forgot that I can't get eevee until after I beat the game so can I ask for a different Pokemon this one will be Hydreigon?
 
So I completely forgot to do a starting sign up post for this when I first set it up, but I've just completed the challenge:

This was a pretty fun first challenge for me, it allowed to use a pretty different set of pokemon then what I normally use. I think I might do this challenge for Firered as well in the future :)

so your birthday is December 3rd, 1998

Step 1. 3+12+98= 113 in Hoenn Regional Dex

Step 2. 3*3=9 in Regional Dex

Step 3. 12 * (3*3) = 108 in Regional Dex

Step 4. Choose an ice type

Step 5. Choose a Pokemon with the color black

Step 6. First Pokemon you find on ROute 112 is th only Pokemon you may try catching, don't catch, you're out of luck and will roll with 5 Pokemon instead

Thats how to do the challenge

Oooooooh I like the idea behind this challenge! I will be giving this one a try.

Pokemon Team: My DOB is July 10th '96 so that gives me:

2. Kirlia (I will be choosing to evolve it)
3. Zubat (Again, I will be evolving it)

5. Going by Dex Colour, Armaldo is Grey, so I will be picking Armaldo

I am very happy with this team. Alot of good mons here. When I catch the Ralts, I will have to use my starter to switch train it to level 6, seeing as it will only know growl upon capture.
