I get six hours of sleep a night and that's all I need. I don't understand people who nap during the day, or how they can live with themselves after it lol.
I don't understand how people who sleep for less than 7 hours a day can lives with themselves.

Ah well... variety is the spice of life!

I get 6 if I'm lucky, but it's usually 5 or less for me. I think I just run on adrenaline lol.

Right now I'm going on about 4-5 hours of sleep in the early mornings, then maybe another one or two hours if I take an afternoon nap. Not enough as I'm constantly nodding off to sleep during the day. Oddly enough, when night comes, I'm no longer tired. Go figure.

I never really took naps during the day time, only on the rare occasion. Then I went into my final year of university and during the second semester, some days I would just feel so god damn tired because I felt so overworked that I had to just lie down in my bed for an hour or so. Not necessarily fall asleep but just lie there and do nothing for a while.

I try to get around 8 hours of sleep a day. I usually get between 6-8 hours which is generally sufficient for me to function decently.

I don't remember when I started taking naps in the afternoon. I suspect it was in college because it's the perfect setup for that... stuff going on all night long to keep you awake, then some days you'll have stretches of 2-3 hours in the afternoon with no classes. So I'm thinking that college messed up my sleep pattern. Oh well, my 8+ years of college were still a blast :P

8 years O_O

Do you have a PhD or something? Should I start calling you Doctor Elite Overlord LeSabre?

I sometimes use earplugs to sleep, but they are very annoying and uncomfortable D: They make my ears buzz and it ends up being as bothersome as the noise I'm trying to ignore.

8 years?
...What do you do that would require that? :o
(Just curious, you don't need to answer.)

I slept like 6 hours last night. Pretty good for me.

I would have slept for at least 6 hours if I hadn't be dreaming I was in an earthquake. Which is funny because there was one the day before but it didn't wake me up.

That's because you got hit by Earth Power. It has 90 base power but it's a special attack, so it targets your mental defences rather than your physical defence. You were unaffected by the Earthquake because that's a physical attack with 100 base power and I guess your physical defence is through the roof or something. Your mental defence is significantly weaker and therefore you were affected by the Earth Power. Makes perfect sense. Yes.
