I gave up caring about post count long ago.
Actually...I never really cared about it. Guess that explains why mine is (relatively) low for an admin who's been on PC for almost eight years. :P

I don't really care about my posts per day. I do like the idea of a large total number though. Entering egg swap gets you like 50 posts anyway.

I remember when I posted a lot in OVP to try and get 1 post per day in my average. Suddenly, I was trying to keep 7 posts per day XD Have been failing really badly at that though.

I'd say that I have made more non-counting posts in Other Trivia than actual valid posts so my counter is not exactly representative of my activity. Not that it really matters after a point.

I like watching my post count go up (number watching is a fun thing to a stat geek like me), but other than that I don't care about it. Like Went, I've made more posts in Other Trivia than I have for posts that count, so ppd isn't the best indicator of my activity levels.

What I kind of hate seeing is people making hundreds and hundreds of posts during short timeframes while I'm constantly having trouble to keep my average of 3 per day (by now it has fallen to 2,8) without resorting to spam or just repeating what feels to me like I've said it 1000 times before. HOW?

Advice to people who want a really high Post Per Day average: Don't take 6-year breaks from PC; it screws your average up royally! 2.62 is in no way reflective of my activity now and in the past.

My activity is about 1.5 posts per day. Don't really care about it, but might aim to raise it to 2.

I'm trying to keep my posts per day at around 5. I'm doing a pretty good job of it considering that others are hogging the internet and I'm limited in how long I can be on.
