Issue: The forum is acting really glitchy

Err. I posted something, and when I was in the actual forum of the thread I noticed that there still 0 post in the thread. o . o But when I checked the thread my post shows up. : O

I'm still unable to see past pages I've never seen before, i.e. Page 2-3 of this topic.

I'm concerned that if my fanfiction gets to Page 4, I won't be able to see the repl(y/ies) :s

PC is going wrong all of the time now. The admins never tell us when it has happened and if you create threads like this, don't reply.
Then ironically every so often they'll say: "Sorry the forum went wrong yesterday due to such and such."
Like these things are actually still uncommon.

Yes, I just noticed after posting in one above that everytime I go to check if my post has posted properly, the post doesn't show up at all and it was abit glitchy yesterday too.

hmm seems to be affecting some users but not others.. not sure why.. perhaps a caching issue? try logging out, clearing your browser's cache and log back in..

I've cleared my cache and still have the problem. Currently, this thread appears to have 4 pages but I'm redirected to page 3 whenever I click it as if page 4 never existed.

Odd indeed. I know PC was down with a DBE for a while last night for me, but things seem to be working fine now aside from a little slowness.

This thread has not counted the last three posts or bumped up the thread. In addition, even though the post is there, like Angelroid, it did't go under my post count. Its not just my browser because I opened it up in another browser and saw the exact same glitch happening. Very bizarre.

Yeah, my lost posts won't be returning I assume, but it doesn't matter. As long as it's fixed for the most part, I'm okay. :)

HOW in the world did you manage to double-post, both posts a minute apart, and they don't get merged?

I know lol o-o I couldn't see them at all, and when my post got shoved to Page 2, I got angry and posted again xD When I checked back later, I could see Page 2 and 3, and my post didn't merge.

I guess that's part of the table bug? D:< amagad, people could spam double-post with those errors o-o /shudders

Maybe you two have "Number of Posts to Show Per Page" set to 20 per page? I have it set to 10 per page so that may explain why.

I'm now able to access page 4 of that thread I mentioned which is nice but.. odd.
