I hope this isn't hard to understand but you must add two options. And each option only can have a maximum of 3 choices for example:

Pikachu + Butterfree + Blitzle

Carvanha + Milotic + Gligar

You can also have only two:

Pikachu + Butterfree

Carvanha + Milotic

Add two options, and have a maximum of 2 or 3 Pokemon.
