i think it would be ,a zttack that freezes the foe , when it uses its first ice attack

I'd make a bowl using ice beam then make a shadow ball swirl around in it and then use iron tail to make the shadow ball explode along with the ice and make an icy firework

Its pretty good! But you can see some of the leftover white pixels around Glacia from where it was cropped. Otherwise 8/10.

Crap I just noticed those crops. Damn it. Thanks for pointing those out, I didn't notice them, I'll see what I can do, when I'm not feeling lazy. Good thing I still have the .psd for it :)

Not sure...I'd have to check up on Glacia's moveset before I can truly answer this one.
 
I forgots to answer the topic! *dies* I shall do it now!~

I'd tell it to use Blizzard first, and then maybe an IcyWind combination to make the Blizzard sparkle!~ (Well, that was the lamest answer I've ever come up with...)

I'd use either a combo of Sunny Day and then Blizzard to make some beautiful sparkling water fall down slowly

-OR-

I'd use Ice Pebble then Rock Smash to make even smaller sparkling pebbles.

Wow, I'm really going for the Beauty Contest there. I usually don't enter that.
