...gdi Ash that scenario was exactly what I was hoping would happen.
Just curious, but why did you want that? I'm probably missing something here but I want to know.
...gdi Ash that scenario was exactly what I was hoping would happen.
but we don't have a santa, we have a gunsmith and a vestmaker, separate roles.
I was hoping the mafia would waste another NA on me, that's what I mean. I was lying when I said I'd fire the gun if I got a vest. I ain't touchin' this thing until I'm 100% certain it's real, no sir.
Maybe he is, for real. This wouldn't be the first time Klippy has pulled this kind of stunt
LOL, that is a possibility. What do you suggest then? Lynch Klippy, maybe? Claiming a vest is unusual at least.
You don't need to claim the vest in order to know that one gun is fake. You will simply know if there isn't another gun claim.
@Goku: It's a bad idea because your vest is essentially useless, had you not claimed, mafia could've targeted you and fail the kill.
This why the claim makes him suss:
A true innocent wouldn't have claimed until they were hit. That is not so hard to understand.
The point in claiming a fake hatchet is to appear innocent. Mafia wouldn't fab one of their own.
i'm like the wind hello!
also i hate to break it to you guys but we actually don't have concrete proof that the hatchet nor the vest are real or fake. we only believe that bard's is fake because of his history of being trigger happy, after all. but we have one role who gives out hatchets, one who gives out vests, and one who give out a fake of either. so unless a third person reveals a hatchet or a vest either of them could be fake or real. klippy's reveal could prove to be suss or it could prove to be useful but right now it's nothing imo.
tho really idc either way 'cause personally i think bard was given a fake hatchet myself but realtalk here i suppose. for all we know klippy could be holding a fake vest and someone else has a real vest.
Eh. I'm not maf. Just wasn't thinking particularly clearly. A bit ill this weekend. :( I didn't consider it to be anti-town and I hadn't thought far enough ahead to consider hiding it. I just figured I'd claim it.
Wrong. It's obvious that you either didn't read my last post or you chose to think this. Here's evidence, the colors will refute the respective statements.
To answer the red part: The first two posts you quoted are focused on Klippy, in the last I'm answering questions. It's kind of weird that you'd miss that and would exaggerate like that.
The yellow part: "This isn't an end-all reason" it boggles my mind how you came to the conclusion that I'm trying to paint him scum "no matter what" right after I said that.
Mate... they don't need to actually give themselves the gun, they just need to say they did. Why on earth would they actually fab themselves when they can just say they did?
We have the maximum number of players alive and no leads because no deaths happened and you think that abstaining is a bad idea? Going for a lynch now is pretty much like RLing on a game with a day start, in other words, a 100% blind lynch. We have the maximum chances of lynching an innocent right now and chances are, that we will lynch an inno. By going for a lynch during the next day phase we increase our chances of actually hitting a mafia and decrease the chances of mislynching.
Snip
I am not taking path 1. Never again will I pick that number. Instead, let's [Walk Down] 15.
