Perhaps, but as I recall, it is far more likely to find a Shiny Pokemon
without chaining than it is to successfully and legitimately breed a Pokemon that has completely maxed IVs, much less one that also has a beneficial nature. While it theoretically
can be done, to do so is so rare that such an IV set is most often a sign of a hack, and is sometimes the
only sign available.
This is why it is generally a good idea to include IVs when asking if a Pokemon is a hack.

The Member's Pass was released in Pokemon Platinum, which leads to a Level 50 Darkrai in the game. So, if the name is Japanese, then the Pokemon can be legitimate. Does the font of the OT look different compared to the game's normal font?
I have two I received from the GTS I've been wondering if there legit or not. I believe there fake but meh... you never know.
