What's sad is our friend is coming over the days of Prom and Baccholoriate(sp). I'm trying to arrange something for prom, but I'm going to miss the Baccholoriate. That's a shame, it'll be in a cathedral. :/

Ooh...Paris! That will be quite fun. Why wouldn't you go on the cruise? Then again, I guess I would probably question whether I would go or not too, solely for the fact that I do get sea sick easily if I'm not moving quickly.

Aww...prom. Such fun days. I really really hope you're able to figure out something for that. Those are definitely quite amazing. Not sure how the whole cathedral thing is going to work out though. That just seems kinda weird if you ask me.

That's cool. Well let me know when you figure out. I'm still debating between a few things. I don't know yet if I want to major in business accounting or business economics. Also, I haven't quite decided whether I want music to be a second major or minor. But I guess I'll figure that all out for sure when I transfer. I'm hopefully transferring to either USC (Southern California) or UCLA. Yes rivalries...I know. :(
 
I had no inticipation of seeing Spiderman in the movie theaters, for many reasons, but mainly because I absolutly despise Toby Mcguire.

Anyways, one day when I was walking home down the street, there was this dude standing at the corner selling illegal, bootlegged DVDs. Normally it's not like me at all to buy anything from these people, but he had a copy of spiderman before it was released for like $10, so I just figured "What the hell?" and bought it.

So I took it home, and one night when I was bored with nothing to do, decided to watch it. I got about 45 minutes into it, at about the part when Harry gets his amnesia, and the damn thing skipped...

Now I'm pissed, because I was actually really into it, and now I have no idea how the hell it ends >.<

a yes, those damn bootleg copies. However the movie is really good. So i think you should go spend the extra money and watch it XD i had the same thing happen to me once. Bought a bootleg movie that i REALLY REALLY wanted to see, then right when it gets exciting *skip* ....
 
...buying those are illegal all around the world...Especially if you know they are bootlegged...You guys got ripped off too...XD...Karma...
 
There's a lesson here... never buy CD's that you doubt, or something like that. If it's a bootleg and you get angry, just imagine the person who made it suffer, if that's what you feel is best. Of course, if parts get skipped, try to avoid spoilers unless you want spoilers (my worst enemy).
 
I'd never buy something that's too cheap, mainly because I couldn't afford it anyways, and also that I'd feel like I downloaded something, but didn't pay the costs, and then I wouldn't sleep well because I would have felt like I did something wrong. Then, after not sleeping well, I'd fall asleep in class, miss out on important information for a test, fail that, get detention and then end up with a little less knowledge. It wont make much of a difference, the amount of knowledge I mean, but somehow it would affect my life. So I aint going for anything cheap, except for if it's die-for eyeliner. XD
 
Sometimes is price isn't everything. In groceries etc. they sell DVD-players and stuff that is much more cheaper than in the electronic stores. But the quality on the DVD-player is still on the line with the ones you can buy in electronic stores.
 
Not necessarily. I bought a microwave at Sam's Club for college because it was a great price and it didn't even last the first semester. Good thing my sister had an extra one that she bought for college and wasn't using.

Ok, I just found out that Lindsay Lohan tops Maxim's "Hot 100" list. She's attractive and all, but number 1? Some how Ashlee Simpson beat out her sister as well. Ashlee finished at #16, while Jessica finished at #41. What a bogus list...
 
Lindsay Lohan? At the top, that's weird. I really don't like the person she has become, i liked her more as a child/teenager.
 
It had nothing to do with how much it cost, I just thought it was cool to be able to buy the movire before it actually came out : /

Ashley Simpson is also kinda...well...She has a beak, and the fakest color hair I've ever seen, and I absolutely ditest what she's done to milk her sister's career, making money off it. I could go on but..y'know...

Jessica Alba should have won, with Mandy Moore in second and Eve Longoria in third.

Yes, you read that right, I said Mandy Moore xP

^Just opinion, but they're all so much hotter than Lindsay Lohan...

Jessica Alba was in the top 3, if I remember correctly. I think Elisha Cuthbert (Girl Next Door) should have been in there somewhere close to the top. I'm not sure if she even placed at all though. =\

Eva Longoria is mad hawt. Not sure if she placed either.
 
I just can't see the point, to make lists like that are crazy xD
You can't see a girl/boy and then think, "uuuum, yeah, she/he is number 10", and anyway, it depends on the person that sees them.
 
They do it for publicity, obviously. People get all worked up over this list when it's released each year. I doubt they put a whole lot of thought into it. It makes their magazine sales go up, so why not, right? =P
 
Yeah, i totally agree.
I think it's stupid to have list of top 10 (whatever) boys or girls.
Some joke is sitting and judging how people looks out from that persons view
 
They should judge on the persons personality and not the looks...even though normally most people do automatically judge on looks. But then, personality wouldn't work because the people could have a fake personality, those lists are just to make the ugly girls and guys feel like they finally are worth something. But if I was famous and got on a list, that theory would be why I did. XD

Yeah, I mean, I kinda agree with everything that's been said so far; I mean, those lists are based mostly just on opinion, and who's soaked up the most time in the spotlight rather than judging on personality alone.

But still, it's fun to see who made it in others eyes as the "hotest"

Elisha Cuthbert hasn't really like...done anything since that movie came out...

It's really weird because I remember seeing her on TVO Kids' PMK (Popular Mechanics for Kids). Wow, this is weird; from a kids show to a Porn related titled movie. What they'll do for money...
 
Lindsay Lohan at number one on Maxim's Hot 100? I sense vote-buying and general corruption afoot. There were many candidates more deserving of that spot, like the aforementioned Jessica Alba, Eva Longoria, and Elisha Cuthbert; I wouldn't know about Mandy Moore, though.

People are also forgetting about Elisha Cuthbert's role in the early seasons of 24. Was it really that long ago?

Oh come now. I'm probably the biggest Cuthbert fan ever, so you can bet I didn't forget about her role in 24. In fact, I simply stopped watching after she left the show.

While we're on the topic of celebrities, I'm filled with joy over the possibility of Paris Hilton going to jail for 45 days. The spoiled brat needs to have some sense scared into her.
