I know the Timid nature on Geodude isn't the best, but I don't really care about natures when I'm doing challenge runs (even though I probably should). Non-beneficial natures are even more of a challenge :) The Onix I have is the one you can get by trading for a Bellsprout in Voilet City.

Beat Steven using all my team in long and difficult battle. Mega Mawile got the final blow on Mega Metagross with Crunch.

FireRed Ground update:

Spoiler:

- Caught a Rhyhorn, named her M. Jones.
- Deafeatd Fuchsia Gym, then made my way to Saffron City.
- Cleared out Silph Co., then the Fighting Dojo and the Gym.
- Surfed all the way to Cinnabar Island, found the key to the Gym and defeated Blaine without any trouble.
- Challenged Giovanni for the final Gym Badge and won it pretty easily.
- Made my way through Victory Road, then challengd the Elite 4! Had a bit of trouble with Lorelei's Jynx but Excalibur came through with Flamethrower. Agatha's Gengar was also a bit of pain - it kept spamming (and landing) Hypnosis - but nothing too bad.
- Defeated my rival and became Champion! Yay!

While I finish up the SoulSilver Flying, I'm probably going to start Platinum Flying. Am I allowed to hack in a Murkrow to use, as its part of the regional Pokedex, but not obtainable in Platinum?

Yeah, I suppose that would be fine. Just wait until the point when you could get it and make sure he hack is the same level you would catch it and of course it should be legal. If possible randomize the stats. etc etc.

On another note, I'm gonna try to have this thread updated tomorrow. I've been putting it off way too long.

-: Not sure what I did since I took a long break.

-: Got the medicine so I assume I did the lighthouse battles.
-: Fought the Suicune stalker, his Electrode got a critical with Thunder and landed it every time. Everything else was easy.
-: Fought Chuck. It went well the first time since I beat him with two Aerial Ace's and three Wing Attack's but I forgot to save. The second time went horribly because Takechiyo landed a Psybeam which completely messed up the pattern and made him use a hyper potion. Then Takumi got paralysed which allowed more Focus Punch's than it should've. Takechiyo why are you garbage, you only make things worse. I should just play with Berserker and Takumi.

By the way, whenever I get around to doing the Kalos part of my monotype run; is Exp. Share allowed? If not I'll just use four pokemon but if it is allowed then I'll rotate with ten pokemon so I don't make the challenge too easy. Someone told me that the game was pretty balanced if you use 10-12 pokemon in rotation rather than only six that get totally jacked very quickly. I'm actually kind of looking forward to trying the rotation thing so if it's not allowed I'd like to get shot down now while I'm not excited or anything. I couldn't see any rule related to exp. share on the first post.
