What would (or did) you nickname your Yamper or Boltund?

I would name Boltund Walter

I polled every person I knew for the names of their dogs and named every Yamper I caught after a friend's dog. I caught a box and a half before I started avoiding areas with Yamper because I didn't want to fill up all my boxes. (I still catch each one I see and have a hefty list of names to still get through.)

My favourite names were Zelos, Kanoa, and Hero because they were all specifically named after friends' corgis.

(Barkingham was not named after a dog but user Charlie Brown suggested it.)

The Yamper on my team (who I never evolved) was named Fenris more thinking of the one from Thor: Ragnarok than from actual mythology, I can't lie to you, because I thought it was funny to name this adorable little round pupper after a terrifying giant canine. Even funnier when she's Dynamaxed. >:D

Brozeiin. I don't know if that is considered an actual name or word, I just simply thought it was fitting. If someone here somehow has something to make out of it feel free to tell me.

Bolt certainly fits well for a speedy dog Pokemon of the electric typing, haha. I rather like Krypto from those.

(I did not have a corgi but my old pet dog was called Rex! Which was what I named my Yamper, on that note.)

I'd say that all dogs are our bros (or broz), so that is one way to look at it!

AHAHAHAHA at the person who nicknamed their Boltund Walter because that's my Typhlosion's name in Crystal! Seriously, who's that real dog Walter?

But on a more serious note, i'd name it...uh.....POOCHER! Like Pupper, but Poocher....or Poochy. Yes I know we have a "Poochyena" already but who's the cuter pooch huh HUH? In my real life Sword game, I didn't nickname him whoops.
