Those are actually really easy to make, you just need a white bandanna and 2 packets of Rit dye. 8D

Grocery stores, most should carry it. It's messy stuff, and to get the right colors you need to thin it out quite a bit. It comes in packets with little crystals in them, and it takes just a surprisingly small amount of them to get the right color. I couldn't find pink, but I used fuchsia and just thinned it out with water quite a bit.

It was fun making it, but I wish I would have got more white bandannas to make more of them.

Oh yeah, also you need to put a rubber band or two in the middle so the colors don't leak into each other. Though I put too many on it and that's why there is a big white stripe down the middle of mine. :S
