Hahahahahahahah! it's 1000KB to be exact, or 1024KB if you're using a different system. Windows considers 1024KB to be a true Megabyte.
 
Google says 1024KB to a MB.

At least I got the whole MB thing resolved, too (that being 1MB per image).

Though I should ask about random images, unless that's already been answered.
 
I believe the limit does apply to individual images, however I suggest you avoid going too far over 1MB total for your images. I doubt they'll disable it if you're a few bytes over the limit or any such thing like that...just keep it reasonable and I doubt the staff will notice.

I'm betting on the fact that they won't look at filesize unless someone reports your signature in the first place or if it takes too long to load so you should be in the clear otherwise. Your signature is less than 100KB, even a dial-up user wouldn't have issue with yours. xD

There's also the fact that it looks nice when small. XD
 
I already checked with them yesterday, and they said that was the case. 'Sides, my biggest image file is the one on Lucent's (unless I'm wrong about the answer to my second question), and that's only 201.1KB.

Mine's small enough :D And the FT logo should totally be a Unicode symbol.
