I seriously don't know what to think of this new system anymore.

DS Lite + Slot-1 Flash cart (with Moonshell) + Slot-2 with RAM + Camera Phone = DSi - DSi Games - Mii Compatibility

Don't ask me what Moonshell is. All this seems to be is Nintendo's way of stopping flash carts. If you have all of the above, AKA, me, don't bother getting the DSi. =)

To conclude, DSi fails.

I acually think its a new model. I mean ok a camera is nothing to be worth buying for but hey if i can listen to music on my ds and take pictures ill go for it. And you never know. This could bring downloadable content for games. And a gameboy vc is inevitablle. In simpler terms:
Im buying it cause i love it*gets shot cause im the only one that said those words.

Well good luck with that because apparently it only supports AAC audio files which means you'll probably have to convert all your files. ;)

We know that! And dont worry aac files arent a problem. I got me a convertor! And i found really hi-res pics of this new model.

Oh now it looks really....flat. Oh and this time signs for what light means what!

No wonder! Look at that slimness.

That camera is lovely. Pure epicness. And the buttons look easier to push. Oh i hope the hinging doesnt go loose!

Actually it should be on the left-hand side, level with the camera.

It would balance it out very nicely in my opinion.

They took it off apparently. Or its not put into the prototype yet. Anyweh i saw a video with the new screen size playing games and i thought wow. This screen size is something to wait for. It makes things like animations smoother and the bigger screen makes cutsences worth while.

This looks pretty good to me, as long as I keep my DS for Pal Parking I'd be happy with this. Oh and GB/C/A VC games would be awesome! And I agree with whoever said it, they should definitely update them for Pal parking if they do. Oh how I would love to play PKMN Silver on DS *sighs*

Wow... this thread has hit a new low. How many people came in here saying "OMG new DS! Click here to go to SPP *Links to it*"? And on top of that, add nothing to the topic afterwards... Nothing against SPP... I just question some of it's reader's.... <_<;;

Anyway... I do want to note that this is in fact the next DS (not just an updated redesign) if both screens are touchscreens like some places say then you won't be able to play these new games on the DS/Lite (just like you couldn't play GBC only games on the GB, or how GB games wouldn't fit the DS). If just the bottom screen is a touchscreen like the DS currently is then I also think this is a redesign.

Over all, I'm kind of blah to it. If the whole "You can download GB, GBC, and GBA games" turns out to be true then that'll make it a good bit better. I would also LOVE the idea to transfer VC games from the Wii to the DSi (I'd get it just for that). But at this point in time... I got other things to save up for (an XBox 360 Elite being one of them).
I've lost a lot of faith in Nintendo... and this isn't something that makes it all better. If they can spit out a some good things with the DSi then maybe, but this is Nintendo we're talking about...
I likely won't get one right off the bat, but I might down the road.

If you want to do external links about DSi … then Engadget, Gizmodo, Joystiq or Kataku… would be better… especially for images. xD;
I really like the idea of interenet on the DSi… I mean yea you can already with the DS but you have to buy something… I think.
I may get one … though as a present… since I'm kinda paying for my brothers PS3.

This is...freaking AWESOME!

Well the only thing that I'm excited about is not the camera and all the extra features, but the SD card slot. Exploitation, custom firmware, homebrew, *goes on and on.*


However, it kinda bugs me that they removed the GBA slot. But still, I'm getting this when it comes out...I need a camera, sweeties. XD
