AND... I am already here to mention that I failed. Cheren's patrat kept using work up before I could beat him, and he wiped my team, consisting of Tepig, Purrloin, Pidove and Azurill.

I never announced I was doing this, but I wanted some record before I deleted the save. I played through Pokemon X mostly blind as a nuzlocke, and I only lost three pokemon through the whole playthrough. My team beating the Elite Four was:

I lost my only flyer, Quacklin', soon after I caught Paulie, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well he did in the long run. I never once caught an electric-type, and Aurora took up that hole after I lost my Simisage, Broly. And finally, I lost my gift Blastoise, Crush, on the way to the Elite Four. I needed him for Surf and forgot he was 15 levels behind everyone else. Three losses for the entire game is a pretty good run, I'd say, though Broly was definitely the hardest to replace. Either way, I beat the Pokemon X nuzlocke challenge.

I figure, since I've done 2.5 of these already, I'll take on the ultimate challenge. I'll update on my Fire Red and Soul Silver runs in another post.

This update is honestly going to be bad and lack a lot content. Okay so continuing from beating Drayden...

- Battled Team Plasma in Opelucid City.
- Made it to Humilau City.
- Caught some encounters in the Routes next to the city.
- Went to the gym and lost a few mons.
- After looking for more Hidden Grottos I found a Raikou! Decided to capture all the legendaries beasts
- Challenged the Gym leader and lost a few more mons because of it. : (

- Made way for the Giant Chasm, got a device from Colress, caught Terrakion.
- Caught a Crustle.
- Fought Team Plasma near the Seaside Cave lost some more.
- Fought Team Plasma in the Giant Chasm.
- Fought Colress, I know I for sure lost my Typhlosion and Virizion because of him.

- Fought Ghetis and Kyurem and finished the Team Plasma stuff.

- Caught a Mew in Lostlorn Forest.
- Caught Darkrai at the Strange House.
- Caught Moltres near Reversal Mountain.
- Started heading for Victory Road.

You know having a Darkrai against a team of ghost should be a huge advantage right? Haha.

First part of the battle is Darkrai vs Sableye, the plan was to Dark Void EVERYTHING and Dark Pulse to the end of time. But thanks to Sableye's prankster he Tricks a Lagging Tail on to me and steals my sitrius berry. Due to all the prankster stuff the battle becomes a game of Dark Pulse vs Sableyes recover. Eventually its defeat finally comes after the right amount of damage.

Sends out Gengar this time, I tried Dark voiding again but as usual it misses...only this time the miss was permanent because Gengar lands Focus Miss Blast and Darkrai is just gone. : ( At this moment I just wanted this battle to end so I sent out Suicune and set up 2 Calm Minds under fire from the multiple ThunderBolts Gengar dishes out. After success Gengar's taken out by Surf.

Her next mon is Dusclops and they manage to both confuse and set up Trick Room, still after being hurt in confusion a few times Surf does the job.

Haha Golurk gets one Earthquake before being Surfed, hurt a lot but nothing a Full Restore wont fix.

Jellicent was a problem thanks to the pesky water typing, had to keep spamming Air Slash till she fell.

Her last mon was Chandelure which thanks to level gap I outsped and landed the finishing blow with another Surf. : )

The battle was over but I lost Darkrai....really needed him for Caitlin. : (

The battle starts with Mew vs Blaziken, this was an easy Psychic but as his hp dropped I just knew Id be seeing a Focus Sash. -___- Blaziken uses Swords Dance and then lol he has Speedboost. Fearing the worst I went for Psychic again anyways, thankfully he goes for Reversal which is fightning and we survive. Blaziken is out cold.

Marshal chooses Heracross as his next choice and Moltres us my response one successful Air Slash cuts down this powerful bug.

He uses Sawk and Mew is out again for his next hopeful battle. I recalled this thing having sturdy sometimes so I tried being safe and used Drain Punch after he used Stone Edge just to get some damage..It was good but then surprise! He has Counter, again we survived the hit and finished with Psychic.

Sends out Lucario only to be roasted by Moltres and his Flamethtower..

Sawk's brother Throh makes an appearance, 2 psychics are enough but not after he gets a crit Stone Edge. Good thing even the critical hit didnt do much damage in the end.

Finally his ace Conkledurr comes out. This thing has the berry that weakens Psychic type moves and survives. He uses Payback and if ut had been a crit........Mew would be joining Darkrai at the back of the team right now. 0____0 A final Psychic decides the match and Marshal is done.

Considering that Darkrai was still....well gone I taught Mew Sucker Punch to go along with his Shadow Ball. Its Mew vs Musharna and honestly if it weren't for Musharna and its annoying Leftovers 2 Shadow Balls "would" have worked. Instead it survives with enough for the usual Full Restore that they love pulling, only made worse that uses Trick Room next followed up by Hypnosis. After plenty of struggling to wake up and thanks to Sucker Punch Musharna goes down to a Shadow Ball.

She sends out Gothitelle and Mew's still out. Honestly I thought more Shadow Balls was all I needed. Turns out Gothitelle only took normal damage. This thing is Psychic/Dark it turns out so no Super Effective moves to use. Gothitelle Thunder Waves Mew and starts Dark Pulsing for flinches good thing Drain Punch goes through without a flinch or paralysis. 0___0 Shadow Ball takes it oit!

Darmanitan Zen Mode is freaking scary.....the Psychic it used hit like a truck on Suicune. After a Calm Mind the battle was 1000× better. One or two Surfs and its gone.

Heracross finally gets its time to shine when she sends out Reuniclus, super risky but I went for Megahorn and it actually lands! Reuniclus never had a chance! unless he missed lol.

Her last mon is Metagross so I sent in Moltres this time. Cant believe he had the Occa berry and lived Flamethrower...would have been sad if he had Rock type move. XD A second Flamethrower ends the match!

With Grimsley I really wanted Heracross to go at everything so I lead with him in this one. The battle begins with Heracross vs Krookodile. Couldn't have clicked Close Combat faster than I did. What?! He outspeeds and uses Flamethrower 0__0......not a crit and not enough to take Hera out but still. Just then I knew it was Zoroark in disguise, Close Combat sends it to zero and I watch the reveal not that matters now. XD

Grimsley screws up hard by having a Houndoom cause there was no way I was passing up tge chance for more Calm Mind+Surf. He has Solarbeam and a Power Herb for a quick use of the move but Suicune can really take hits. After 2 Calm Minds Solarbeam does literally nothing and Houndoom is swept away by Surf.

Tyranitar comes out, I had thought about switching to Raikou since it has Aura Sphere but I couldn't just give up the boosts Suicune had so it waa time for more Surf spam. The +2 boosted Surf strikes again and Tyranitar is out.

Bisharp is the only one to survive a surf and only thanks to him having a Focus Sash. I think he used Stone Edge for this turn. After Grimsley uses a full restore on him the second surf is enough. Funny thing about this, turns out he had Metal Burst.....if he had gone for that Suicune could have actually been lost.

Krookodile gets swept away by Surf.

Finally decided to switch for his last Mon Weavile, didn't want to risk it since I knew Iris was the Champion. I used Raikou and Aura Sphere to endbthe match.

Yes! Somehow I made it here with 5 Pokemon (sure they're mostly legendaries but still). Before the battle thanks to Mew learning all Tms I gave it Ice Beam as well. Mew vs Latios went pretty simple...sorta. If not for the Life Orb he had we wouldn't have to go through another Full Restore animation. Latios gets Ice beamed + Sucker Punched and is down.
Okay so she sends out Hydreigon and Im thinking Heracross gets to shine more. I used Megahorn but Hydreigon is way faster even with my current level and blows a Fire Blast right in Hera's face. 0___0 Surprised he didnt make it to the end. Suicune takes its place to avenge Heracross. Sadly the revenge is kinda stale because Hydreigon takes itself out because of also having a Life orb.

Her next mon is Serperior....lol couldnt stay in. Right back to Mew. Thank goodness that he only got to use one Leaf Storm cause Contrary is a thing. 0___0 Serperior was both Grass and Dragon so living an Ice Beam wasnt on the board.

Dragonite's turn doesnt go as he expects, for once WE GET A CRITICAL HIT with Ice beam haha. No point in Dragon Dancing now but he still did any way. Only manages to get obe Outrage off before falling.

Latias is pretty much a repeat of her brother only this time she gets frozen by Mew's Ice Beam and still gets sucker punched.

This is it, her Ace Haxorus. Everyone but Moltres is weakend from the previous battles so it has to be him since I know that these things love Dragon Dancing for sure. I used Tailwind so it couldn't outspeed and then Willowisped to screw with the attack boost. The only thing left to was flinching it into obilivion with Air Slashes and Moltres comes through in the end blowing her ace away. We beat the Elite 4!

Nothing too dramatic to report for this leg. No new deaths since my team is sickeningly solid, couldn't ask for better. I swear, my Bastiodon is the very definition of an immovable object, she's such a good pivot pokemon to put out front. One thing is that the level gap from using the EXP share is becoming quite a bit evident, since my highest is Lv. 50 already when Lusamine's team was all around 41. But meh, it's not against the rules from what I can tell.

Unfortunately not, you had already been using them and I need to enforce the rules when they are broken.
However, since this will now count as rule-free, you can continue to use them.

Here I go on my Sun playthrough. I adjusted the capture rule to separate "event" pokemon and regular walking encounters. Basically, I can catch only the first pokemon that comes at me, i.e. flying, fishing, from tree, etc., and the first walking encounter just like normal. So far, it hasn't really made much difference in what I catch. I also added the species clause to keep things interesting.

I had my sister pick numbers at random to choose my trainer and my starter. She chose #9, giving me Popplio. I caught a Pikipek on Route 1 and a Wingull in the Hau'oli Outskirts before taking on Hau at the festival. His Pichu nearly killed my Pikipek, but I beat him pretty easily. After Hau, I caught a Meowth at the Trainer's School and lost my Wingull to one of the students' Grimer. Meowth proved his worth against the teacher and has the ability Pickup, so yay! I actually managed to catch an Abra in the Shopping District and beat Ilima with my Pikipek. I caught a Smeargle and a Rattata on Route 2, a Zubat in Verdant Cave, and a Spearow and a Rufflet on Route 3. I caught Oricorio in Melemele Meadow. I beat Totem Gumshoos easily with Pikipek's Brick Break and am on my way around to fight Hala.
