I have, but not often. Only used it for a couple Pokemon that really need everything they can get to shine. Most Pokemon don't need specific natures to be good.

Started with Red/Blue many years ago so no.
I did spend significantly more time playing RSE than Red/Blue or FRLG though.

Tpbm has gone back to playing an older game and tried to evolve a Pokemon that didn't get an evolution till a later game.

No, but I do think about how weird it is that mons like Primeape and Bisharp are now considered middle evolutions.

Tpbm hasn't watched the Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel movie.

First time hearing that... is that official info or something revealed by some dodgy leaker? I don't follow that stuff as leaking content for upcoming games/movies etc is rather.... morally dubious, which is as gently as I can put that =P
Anyway... I was hoping for some new Pokemon like with PLA so true... provided that statement is even true in the first place and there's official info on there not being new Pokemon.
