Guess what everyone?
I remembered there was a thread on Bulbagarden where someone who got to meet Pikachu's VA asked her what gender Pikachu was.....

And if you don't feel like reading the thread for some reason, here's what the Bulbagarden member, Blackjack Gabbiani said in the first post regarding Pikachu's gender.
So, basically, I guess that means that for now, Ash's Pikachu is whatever gender you want it to be.
