I'm not a morning person either. I'm glad you at least got lucky with Calc. XD

Yeah...I live on my own for about a month at a time, usually. 3 hours is too far to go home very often.
I'm not a morning person at all though... never have been, most likely never will be. Getting up for my lab will be an incredible challenge. My mom said she'd be willing to give me a 7am wake-up call if I need her to though. XD; And I'm really happy about that calc class. Even though it'll be really easy for me, taking it at 8am would not be good. ><; But I think I would have just skipped on the calc class this semester if I was stuck taking it early like that.

Yeah, the longest I've lived "on my own" has been like, five or six days max. I'm not sure I'd like living away from my family and friends at home for more than a few weeks at a time. At least not yet...

Omg, I see a Kyo in your sig *It is Kyo... right? XD*

I wish there was a little hoover type thing that could suck in all of the dust and stuff and could fit in between the laptop keys so that it won't suck any keys up =D That would be very handy IMO.

Yup, it's Kyo~~

o_o And I don't stay by myself for long either~
-3- I'm not a morning person either.. but I have to get up at 6:30 every day ._.;; Guh~~

The only time I'm a morning person is if I have an entire pot of coffee in me. =X

I actually enjoy living away from home. I mean...for 18 years I've been dependent on my parents. I've been in the same area with the same friends. Getting away from home is really a breath of fresh air for me. It's forced me to become more responsible and to make new friends.

o.o so many people here go to college, bah. And hey, i thought in college you'd get to sleep in a bit earlier at times, oh well, i guess not. >.>
Sicne i lvie across the street fromt my High School, if i wanted to, i could wake up at 8:30AM and still be in class on time ^.^

Last semester I had class at 8am on tuesday and thursday. The other three weekdays I didn't have class until 10:30am, and it was wonderful. Of course, on the days my first class was at 10:30, I had to go to class until 3:15 with a one hour break thrown in there. The days I had class at 8, I was finished at 10:30, so I'd usually just come back from class and nap for a few hours. XD

Monday was my worst day. I had 4 classes, all back to back. Tuesday and Thursday I had two classes. Monday and Wednesday I had 3 classes.

I don't like coffee, so that's not an option for me. I just really hate mornings...

I dunno. I'm a really quiet person, so being on my own really isn't my thing. I don't hate it, but I do like being able to both have the experience of living on campus and still being near to home. Different things work for different people though...

Hah, I had you beat last semester! Tuesdays and Thursdays I had Spanish at 11:00 and that was my earliest class. And even though it was at 11, I was still able to almost sleep through it almost every time... XD; But Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays my earliest class was 12:30. 'Twas awesome. <3

Oh, and even though my classes started late like that, I was still done by 3:15 everyday~

Oh, definately. Heck...college isn't even best for some people. Some would just prefer to start working right out of high school and just see how far they can work themselves up the ladder. That's great that what you're doing now is working out for you. I'm sure it also helps to keep you away from the party scene as well. Although, that could be a positive or negative, depending on how you look at it. ;D

Wow. o.O Lucky duck! Spanish was my 10:30 class...three days a week. I really love Spanish. I had 3 courses of it in high school, and I was thrilled when I found out it was required for my major. I have it again this semester. A higher level, of course. XD

And uhh...sheesh. You really aren't a morning person, are you?! Haha...and I thought I was bad. =D

o.o i wonder what time schedule i'll get when I go to Uni. =(

And Ashley, try Tea, its more, calming, and yet, can taste good (as long as you put some sugar in it :D). I like both tea and coffee, i drink tea more often, because it is calming n stuff, but when i have coffee im like WHICHABOMBWA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <---say as one word ^.^ lolz

Yes, i get all like, energized, even if i was dead-asleep... XD lol

I'm drinking tea now, actually. I definately find it soothing. Especially late at night like this (Well...at least it's late here anyway XD). I drink coffee a lot in the morning to get me going or sometimes late at night when I'm up late doing school work. Gotta love them all-nighters at school to finish papers that you've procrastinated on finishing or to do studying you've put off til the last minute. XD

I could live off of that cheep-arsed Arizona green tea that comes in those huge glass bottles, I love drinking them cold like that, they taste funky hot. </3

Bubble tea rules, but it's not quite that kind of tea. D;

Hah, yeah... the party scene. Ugh. My roommate last semester was a big partier. I'm just not like that at all. So being able to go home on weekends, keep my job, and continue to take my dance classes really works out for me. But some people really do like living on campus all the time. And if that works out for them, awesome~

Yeah, I'm taking Spanish again as well. I've been taking it since 7th grade, so it's fairly easy for me. I... don't have a major as of yet, so I don't know if it'll be required in whatever I choose. But either way, I do enjoy taking it.

And no, not at all. I wasn't kidding when I said I wasn't a morning person. XD; That 8am lab this semester should be fun... x_x

I'm not sure tea will wake me up in the morning though. It'll probably make me even more tired, if anything. Beverages in general don't really wake me up seeing as my problem is getting out of bed at all. My alarm wakes me up, I roll over and shut it off, and fall back to sleep. Sometimes I don't even turn my alarm off, I just sleep right through it...

My college is a huge party school. I enjoy going out and partying on friday and saturday nights. I like the social aspect of it more than anything else. It's a nice way to meet new friends and interact with the ones you already have. But yeah, like you said...whatever floats your boat is cool with me.

Spanish was quite easy for me as well last semester. I was much more advanced than the majority of speakers in my class. I didn't really have to study at all, and the lowest I ever got on a test was a B. I guess having a sister that is fluent, and a father who is almost fluent helps with that. I had a Brasilian exchange student live with me for a year as well. Of course...Brasilians speak Portuguese, not Spanish, but it's a very similar language. So yeah...I can speak a little bit of Spanish and Portuguese. Nowhere near fluent in either, though. XD

Ah, yes... procrastinating is one of my specialties. Yeah, agreed. Gotta love all-nighters to get work done. But I've been doing that since at least freshman year of high school, so that's nothing new to me. XD

My school isn't that much of a party school, I guess. Since this is a school in central CT, most people who go there live nearby like I do. And most people do go home on the weekends because of that. So as far as I know, there isn't much partying on the weekends anyway. Mainly just on "Thirsty Thursday", but I don't drink, so...

Ah, cool. Spanish is easy for me for similar reasons as well. I've lived with my Italian-speaking grandmother since I was seven, so I've grown up hearing that. Italian has pretty much the same structure as Spanish and the languages themselves are really close. And when I was 10-12 years old, I took Italian classes. Because of that, going into Spanish wasn't difficult at all. I'm nowhere near fluent either. At least, not when I have to speak it on the spot. I'm much better at written Spanish than I am at holding a conversation in it.

Ah, yes. I've spent many years mastering the art of procrastination. XD

OMG. Your school has "Thirsty Thursdays" as well?! Maybe that's a national thing in US colleges... XD

Yes, I'm sure that would make it quite easier. I think if you grow up in any kind of bilingual atmosphere, it tends to make learning a new language easier. I'd actually have to say it's easier for me to speak Spanish than write it. A little weird, I suppose, considering I could possibly be a professional writer if I stick with my Journalism major. English writing has always come rather easy to me. I'd rather go in the direction of a Communications related field though. My school's Journalism major is basically what most colleges refer to as Communications, so yeah... XD

Eww, tea. I've never like it; I've always preferred coffee. I guess the reason for that could be because my mother drinks a lot of coffee, and hates tea. I never drink it out of the house, though. If I'm going to have a drink at a friends or family I'll have some sort of fruit juice or water. Maybe coke, but it's not one of my favourites. I drink a lot of coffee nowadays. I find it nicer than having a fizzy drink, tea, or hot chocolate. The only thing I'd rather have than coffee would be orange juice, and I drink that quite a lot of that also. Coffee, however, never keeps me wide awake at night for some reason. I guess it could be that I've grown up with it so my body has got used to me having caffeine in my system most nights.

I hate procrastination. I'd do anything to avoid it XD. And I have never done an all-nighter. At least I don't think so... Uncounting that time in camp when it rained and I had to keep the water outta my tent.

Oh, about the bilingual thing? Heh... That's not the case with me. My mom can speak German, Spanish, Philipino, English and Malaysian and I only know English while I've been exposed to a Thai, Japanese and Chinese atmosphere. Gosh....

Hey, do I see Matt here?

I got exactly the same case with coffee as drummershuff except that it's hot and keeps me up only because of that. (Mornings are always cold here so if I have coffee for breakfast, hot coffee mind you, I wake up). I like coffee anyways, and tea is nice too. Sometimes stuff ends up in the bottom of the cup though and it tastes disgusting...

I like Coffee/Tea/hot chocolate and all that stuff, I drink Tea the most out of the three though, don't know why I like Tea so much...

I drink water most of the time too or 100% pure Orange juice, I don't really like any other fruit juices; I hate the fruit juice in those bottles where you have to pour in a little bit in a cup and dilute it >.<

Yeugh, I hate hot chocolate when there are different flavours in them, like toffee hot chocolate, how the heck can it be hot Chocolate when it tastes like Toffee? Disgusting toffee at that D: I hate the smell and the taste is even worse.

My mum is making me a cup of tea XD What a coincidence.

I've never pulled an all nighter either. I've stayed up until about 5:30 in the morning then had to call it a day. I find it stupid that people wake up at about 11am and go to sleep at like, 6:30am. It's stupid and doesn't do their body any good. Oh, and tents! <3 I'd love to spend another night in a tent. The last time was when I went to crabbe with my school six years ago. It was sooo fun. It was me and two other friends in this tent and we were next to the woods... we all tried to make the others scared, and we didn't get much sleep at all. Good times. XD

And if you're talking to me then, yes, I'm Matt. But I don't think we know each other...or are you someone that's had a name change?

I'm also not a morning person, so having a cup of coffee will make me more alert, but it won't actually wake me up. I don't really care if coffee is hot or cold. I can drink both, but I hate it being warm. It tastes just yuck.

I really can't stand hot chocolate. It doesn't taste like chocolate and it's just, blaaah. D:

I don't drink as much as water as I should, but like I said before, I do drink a lot of orange juice so I guess that kind makes up for it. But still, I should drink more water and less coffee. The fruit juices I don't like are grapefruit, and I'm not too fond of apple juice, even though I will drink it if nothing else is there.
