Ah, awesome, a DCC!

I'm new, so I'd like to get to know you all. ^_^

I'm sorry but welcome posts aren't allowed in the DCC~ Please read the Daily Chit Chat rules for more information concerning this~
If I see you do this again, you'll be getting a warning for it.
Regardless if you're new or not, you should be reading the rules beforehand.

I'm not trying to cause an argument, but they already did post a welcome thread. o_o
And what if they just wanted to say 'Hi' and inform everyone about a few things? \:

Oh, I thought the DCC was just for chatting and getting to know each other.

I made a "welcome thread" for myself, before I posted here.
I'm sorry. ^_^;

o_o Welcome posts are different from Welcome threads~
When someone comes into the DCC just saying "Yo" or "What's up guys?" then it's against the rules~ They should be continuing the topic.. or at least recognizing there's a topic~
._. I had to put this rule because people were just randomly coming here and posting "hey what's up?" and leaving just to raise their postcount.

Yes, I agree. It would of been against the rules if they came and just said 'Hey' or just a wondering of what the topic is or just asking everyone a question.
But truely enough, I didn't think it would be against the rules to say both now, and what else would you say? o_o;
Sorry for ranting, just wanted to make sure. xD

You can still say it.. but it's more like an afterthought.. or you can contribute to the topic by saying something small to relate to it.. and then you can switch topics.

A good example right now could be like..

"Hey what's up? I'm new here~

Oh! I love horses! (Or you can say "I don't really care for horses" etc)

Anyways, I just went to the mall today and I bought three tops!"

Since the conversation was about horses before~

Seems a little strict, in my opinion, but I'll get used to it.

It's snowing like crazy here, almost 4 inches, and it started about 2 hours ago! ^_^

Ah, I see what your saying, okay.
But the thing is, they said a little bit more of something else, although it wasn't about the topic in hand.

Hey, dude. Welcome to the DCC.

Just remember though, if you want to get to know people, read the recent posts before saying anything. That way, you can contribute to the active topic and get to know people through their interests.

I've never been afraid of horses, because I've always been able to control them. But after I was bucked off in September by my horse, I've been kind of debating on whether or not I want to ride again. XD; I was knocked unconscious, and I sprained my wrist {and it's still sprained}, so I've been nervous since then. However, after exams I'm going to start training again.
Have you had that sprain medically checked out recently? Sprains aren't supposed to last for months.
I'm kinda scared of riding horses for that very reason. I mean, "Superman" was crippled from horse riding, so it is dangerous. And I tend to have an adverse effect on animals, for some reason..XD

I know~ WHich is why I'm not giving them a warning..
But I've seen people pop in here.. and spout some jibberish about a Lord of the Rings game and leave.. ._. and that's a bit of something else.. but it doesn't make sense, you know?

@@; Anyways, yeah~ ._. I'm just basically saying.. please read the rules, before posting, guys~~ @@;;

Thanks~ <3

We're suppose to getting snow later this week. It can't happen at a worse time, really... I've got my ICT project coming to an end, so if the schools are closed due to snow, and I miss lessons: Tough. It's not the school's deadline it's the ICT course's one meaning it can't be extended at all. I'd really like it to snow though, even if I don't really like it, I haven't seen it for a couple of years now.

Yeah, true, and if they're discussing the topic in hand, then there's a better chance they're getting something you talk about, where as if it's not, they haven't got much reason to post again. xD

I wish it would start snowing here, it's taking ages, it was supposed to snow this weekend, guess not. XD

Anyway, I gotta go, bye~

No, my parents won't take me to the doctors because they don't think it's a big deal. XD;
Yes, poor Superman. Horseback riding is a very dangerous sport, but then again, so is every other sport. I think you should buy a pony and ride that. You know, get over your fear. XD Take a picture, also, and post it on PC.

Yeah, sorry about that. I'll keep that in mind. ^_^;

(On the subject of horses): I've never ridden a horse before, but my mom has. xD

Ah, the sight of snow makes me feel so free.

You, my friend, are in the same little situation I am now. There's never going to be snow...WHY? ;o;

It only started snowing repetatively a few weeks ago, and it's rare not to see much snow from where I live, especially in the beginning of December. Global warming has taken effect?

Yeah, it's freaky ._.; It only started snowing for us last week .__.; Seriously..

Well, it never snows here basically because of the face that I live in FL. D;

What is the world coming to?

I used to live there long ago, then I moved somewhere else. I kind of regret it, actually, I'd rather have Florida's common weather. Except it's not natural here if there isn't much snow in where I currently am.

It's been snowing non-stop for the past few days by me ;; However, that's not totally uncommon Illinois because we always get bad weather in the winter. (We didn't get snow in December though).

I heard from my friend's mom that we're supposed to get the hottest summer we've had ina while.

There was a huge snow storm on Friday where I live. :x I had to go to this dance-thingy, and the roads were absolutely horrible. Too bad it didn't happen earlier on in the day. It could have been a Snow Day. D;

The mountains around my area block anything and everything from reaching us... it kinda sucks =/
So we usually dont get rain or snow... just mostly drought. Everything dries up during the summer -.-;
