The origin of me making Japan stretches way back to 2003. I had thought having a flag as my avatar looked awesome, and since Japan was my favourite nation, it was chosen as my alternative account. <3

Wapanese people are caucasians that have a fascination with Japanese culture. The majority of the time, the term 'Wapanese' is associated with causasian people that are big fans of Japanese mangas and animes. Sure...they can be associated with other areas of Japanese culture.
