Delcatty isn't easy to use in the PMD Explorers games because of Normalize. In Red and Blue Rescue Team, they're easier to use.

Also, I think Normalize Make some Super-Effective Move to not-very-Effective.

Normalize makes every move not very effective against Rock and Steel, and ineffective against Ghost.
