It's not strong at all whatsoever. Only reason I give it up is because it's cute.

I don't think Kecleon is cute, but it can be pretty tough.

I used it in battle and my electric type pokemon's attacks are stronger than Keckleon's thunderbolt.

Protean made Kecleon better; Color Change is quite gimmicky. I do like its appearance in Mystery Dungeon though.
