I concur Chimecho should have got an evo. I'm not much of a Chingling fan as I find other Pokemon cuter (half of the time, I forget this thing exists).

I think Chingling's design is well thought out. It has a new color scheme. I think that makes sense because Suzu can translate as "tin" so it has a more metallic coloration.
