I actually wanted Froakie's final evolution to get the Fighting type at first, but at least Fennekin's final evolution didn't get it either.

That would have been the most epic triangle of type matchups if Chesnaught was Grass/Dark and Greninja was Water/Fighting, but we can't have everything in this world.

At least the disappointment with Froakie's final evo being Water/Dark faded away after a little while. I was much more disappointed with Pyroar getting high Special Attack and low Attack.

Anyways, Chesnaught has a very good physical movepool with a passable physical Attack stat to boot, although it is generally used defensively.
