Oras makes it easier to evolve Feebas into Milotic, there's way more berries, and you don't have to deal with the dry battery issues in RSE cartridges that stop time-based events from working, so you can farm endless berries. Pokeblocks also make themselves in gen 6, all you need is some dry-flavored/blue colored berries for beauty. Plus you can still use the trade evo method and attach a prism scale if so desired. All options are available to you.

I think it is the most beautiful Pokemon of them all. I named my first Milotic after the classical mythological figure Psyche, who was so beautiful that even the Goddess of love a beauty Aphrodite was jealous of this human, and the passion God Eros was in love with her

It's a lovely special wall, such a high special defense, a good chunk of hp, great defensive typing as a water mon with only the two weaknesses, marvel scale to boost those defenses, access to recovery, status cure, phasing.
 
19. It's a niche strategy in competitive to give Milotic a flame orb. It self inflicts a burn, so the opponent can't use Toxic.
