Apparently the difference between male and female Toxicroak is that the Female's throat sac is smaller.
I was staring at the pictures on serebii and couldn't tell the difference lol. It just looked like one was hunched over a bit more. Need to look really well to tell.
The pics on bulbapedia's gender difference list show it a bit better imo
