I don't know why they did this to a legendary Pokémon, and the one that was supposed to be the king of all the Regis, crippled it so viciously with slow start. It would have been okay if it was a little overpowered in this instance.

I nominate Mold Breaker. Legends state that Regigigas moved continents and made Regirock, Regice, and Registeel. Perhaps Regieleki and Regidrago as well.
