I could have lived with it being voted up, but there are cooler Sinnoh Pokemon I'd like to move on to. Since i'm fairly neutral to it, and it's already at 1 I can vote down I guess.

I'll vote it up once at least just for this form:

Always considered it weird it needs sunlight for it. Sunlight boosts fire moves, which it's weak against.
Can't remember if it gets anything to offset that when it changes forms.

Don't think I've ever actually used one though.

Its ability is Flower Gift, which boosts Attack and Special Defense of itself and its allies when the sun is shining.
