Ok I have to disagree. This is the flying squirrel. Everyone I knew had one in their team at some point. Sure it can't learn fly but this is when the pika-clones started to be actually diverse and unique.

Those are all true, but Emolga is widely available. Plus Emolga has a role in Mystery Dungeon Gates to Infinity. I liked him in that game.
