I'll start with a downvote, as Karrablast is a weak bug. However, I'll vote its evolution up.

Karablast has one of those evolution methods that is too specific, thus making it a hassle. You have to trade it with a specific mon, in this case Shelmet, to evolve. That's annoying. Even more so for later gens
